Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Your order can only be canceled if it has not been shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on care@redo-beauty.com. In this case, the order will be canceled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days ONLY after the cancellation request has been acknowledged by our team.

If the order is shipped, unfortunately it cannot be canceled.


Return Policy:

Returns are accepted only in the below scenarios:

  • Product/(s) have been spoilt/damaged in transit; or
  • Product/(s) that arrive in damaged packaging; or
  • A wrong product has been delivered.

 

Please email our customer support team on care@redo-beauty.com with photos of the damaged/incorrect product. This email should be sent within 3 working days from delivery date in order for us to accept the request. 

Your return request may be approved on the basis of the quality checks conducted by our team once we receive the returned product. Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.

If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of accepting the return request from you.

For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of accepting the return request from you.

Returns will NOT be accepted if the outer plastic wrap has been removed or product has been opened/used.
