Shipping policy

Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email within 24 hours to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch. Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered may or may not happen at the same time.

The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners may contact you should they face any trouble locating your address or should there be any unforseen delay.

We dispatch orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays) and deliver as per the estimated time of delivery provided on the product page/product cart. However, delivery may get delayed due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to logistics, national and public holidays, riots, political disturbance, natural calamity, or any other such force majeure event.

There are no shipping charges for prepaid orders pan-India. COD orders have a nominal shipping charge of INR 50 pan-India.

Re/do Beauty does not ship outside India at the moment.
