How does Re/do Beauty eyelash enhancing serum work?
All of the hairs on your body, including your eyelashes, go through certain stages in their life cycle. The stages in the lash cycle are the anagen phase (growth), the catagen phase (transition), and the telogen phase (rest). Powered by a blend of essential peptides, vitamins, amino acids and botanical extracts, our serum stimulates and supports the hair follicles hence prolonging the anagen or active growth phase. This means they spend more time growing and, in turn, become longer and thicker. Since not all of your eyelashes are in the same phase of the lash growth cycle at the same time, it takes a few weeks to begin to notice the effects of the lash serum.
When will I see results?
While every individual is different, many people report some growth and less shedding of lash hair after completing 3 weeks of daily use. Consistency is key - the full life cycle of most people’s eyelashes is 8-10 weeks, so sticking with your routine is necessary to achieve the best results.
What will happen if I stop using the eyelash enhancing serum?
We recommend you use the serum daily at night for 12 weeks for best results. Once you have achieved your desired results keep using the products 3-4 times a week to maintain your enhanced eyelashes. If you discontinue use, your eyelashes will gradually return to their original appearance. This is because of the short life cycle of lashes - the effects of using a lash serum are short-lived unless you make it part of your permanent routine.
How often should I use the eyelash enhancing serum?
Apply daily at night. Wait until the serum has fully dried (approx 2-3 minutes) before applying additional beauty products. Don't do multiple applications or double dips - using more than instructed will not give you quicker results.

Yes. Our eyelash enhancing serum is safe to use with eyelash extensions and can actually help retain the health and beauty of your natural lashes, helping to minimise any damaging effects often seen with the prolonged use of lash extensions.
Can I use the eyelash enhancing serum while wearing contact lenses?
Yes, as this serum is oil-free. When used as directed, the eyelash enhancing serum does not get into the eye and is safe to use with contact lenses. If any product does get into your eye, we recommend that you remove and carefully rinse your contact lens and rinse your eye area with water.
Can I use the eyelash enhancing serum on my eyebrows?
No, as both our serums have different formulations and the hair cycle of the eyebrow is different than the eyelash cycle. Our serums have been carefully formulated to work on the intended areas only. Each has a custom-designed applicator to allow for precision application in the area where each is intended.
Can I use the eyelash enhancing serum on my scalp to enhance my head hair?
No. This serum is formulated to be used on their intended areas only. The follicles on the scalp are very different from eyebrow and eyelash follicles and the product will not yield results if used anywhere else.
Can I use the eyelash enhancing serum with make-up or other skin care products?
Yes, however the serum should be applied on eyelids that are clean and free of dirt, oil, and make-up. So apply the serum first and wait until it’s fully dried before putting on make-up or any other beauty/skincare products.

Yes, this serum improves the appearance of both women's and men's natural eyelashes and does not contain any gender-specific ingredient.
Why have you mentioned drug free/hormone free?
A common hormone ingredient in popular lash growth serums - prostaglandin analogues - were originally used by glaucoma patients. An unintended side effect of this hormone is their ability to support the lash growth cycle, resulting in longer lashes. Most common adverse side effects of using prostaglandin analogues may include: dryness and irritation, darkening of the skin around the eye and darkening of the iris. Our vegan formula does not contain this or any hormone. The multi-peptide complex that we have used delivers better results than prostaglandin analogues.
